Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. We offer two delivery methods so you can choose the balance of cost and convenience that suits you. 

Delivery Methods 

Courier (Door-Step Delivery) 

Your order is delivered directly to your address by courier. This is the most convenient option and is recommended for smaller orders. Courier delivery carries a higher delivery charge, calculated based on weight and destination. 

Freight / Builty (Pick-Up from Adda) 

Your order is sent via goods transport (builty) to the nearest transport terminal (adda), from where you collect it. This is a lower-cost option, well suited to larger or heavier orders, but requires you to arrange pick-up from the adda. Freight charges are payable as per the transporter’s rates, typically at the time of collection. 

Delivery Charges 

Delivery charges depend on the method chosen, the weight and volume of your order, and your location. Applicable charges are shown or communicated before your order is finalised. For freight/builty, transport charges are generally paid directly to the transporter at pick-up. 

Delivery Time 

Orders are typically dispatched after payment is confirmed. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location and the delivery method chosen. Remote areas and freight/builty deliveries may take longer. These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. 

Order Processing 

Many of our products are measured and packed to order. We begin preparing your order once payment is verified. You will be informed if any item requires additional preparation time. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

If your shipment arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy and contact us within 48 hours with photographs. For freight/builty shipments, we recommend inspecting your goods at the time of collection from the adda, as claims for transport damage may need to be raised with the transporter.
