How much do I actually pay?

Rs 5,000 for the standard 5kg formulation. That covers the recipe, the printed guides and ChemAssist support. The 5kg of raw materials is included free. Pricing for the 10kg and 15kg formulations is shown in the pricing section — the materials are free at those sizes too.

Are the materials really free, or is the cost built into the price?

They’re free. You’re paying for the formulation and the chemist support. We include the materials because a formulation you can’t mix is useless and because most customers come back to Stexol for bulk raw materials once their first batch works.

Do I get free materials at 10kg and 15kg as well?

Yes. Every Stexol formulation includes its raw materials free. The larger the batch size, the more material you receive.

Do I need a chemistry degree or a licence?

The kit is designed for beginners, including salon owners and cosmetic students. Read the formulation guide and equipment instructions before starting. Business licensing and permission to sell are separate questions; the kit does not provide those approvals.

Can I make money quickly with this?

There is no guaranteed income or sales timeline. Your results depend on the product, pricing, customer demand and selling costs. Use the to work through your own assumptions.

What happens when I run out of materials?

Ask Stexol for wholesale re-order pricing and current availability. Keep your batch record and formula details so you can discuss repeat production with ChemAssist.

Can I customise the formula for my brand?

Tell ChemAssist the hair type, texture, fragrance and product positioning you have in mind. Feasibility, formulation changes, extra ingredients and any additional charges need to be agreed before ordering.

What does delivery cost, and do you ship to my city?

How long do the raw materials last?

Shelf life depends on each ingredient and its batch. Request the expiry or retest dates and storage instructions with your packing list. The finished shampoo’s shelf life should be established for its formula and packaging; it is not simply the same as the raw materials’ dates.

Can I legally sell what I make?

This kit supplies materials and formulation support. The current product-specific registration, licensing and labelling position in Pakistan has not been verified for this draft. Confirm the requirements with the relevant authority before offering the finished product for sale; do not treat kit purchase as permission to sell.

What if a sachet arrives damaged or leaking?

Contact Stexol with your order details and clear photos of the package and affected sachet. Keep damaged material separate and ask for instructions. The replacement policy and reporting timeframe must be confirmed with your order.

Do I need equipment that isn't in the kit?

Yes. Ask for the exact equipment checklist for your formula and batch size. It may include a suitable mixing vessel, stirrer, thermometer, scales and protective equipment, plus the specified water. Confirm the final list before ordering.

Is it SLS-free? Can I choose?

An SLS-free option is proposed in the offer. Ask ChemAssist to confirm availability and the ingredient list before payment. SLS-free and sulphate-free are different descriptions; confirm which formulation you want.
