These terms govern your use of stexolchemicals.com and your purchases from Stexol Chemicals & Consulting. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. 

Products & Descriptions 

We supply cosmetic raw materials and chemicals to manufacturers, businesses, and individual buyers. We make every effort to describe our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that any material is suitable for your specific formulation or end use. It is your responsibility to test and verify suitability before use. Product appearance, packaging, and minor specifications may vary between batches. 

Responsible Use 

Many of our products are chemical raw materials intended for professional or informed use. By purchasing, you confirm that: 

• You will handle, store, and use the products safely and in accordance with applicable safety guidance and regulations. 

• You are purchasing for lawful purposes and, where relevant, have the knowledge or professional capacity to use the materials appropriately. 

• Stexol is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from improper handling, storage, or use of products after delivery. 

Pricing & Orders 

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to update prices and to decline or cancel any order — for example, in cases of pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected misuse. Where we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full. 

Payment 

Payment is accepted through the methods shown at checkout, including secure online payment and bank transfer. Orders are confirmed once payment is verified. For approved business customers, separate credit terms may apply by prior arrangement. 

Delivery 

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and method. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. 

Returns 

Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. In summary: unopened sealed items may be returned within 7 days; opened or cut-to-order items are not returnable for change of mind; damaged, defective, or incorrect items are always covered by us. 

Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including those arising from the use of our products in your own manufacturing or formulations.
